The problem is, most remodel contractors won’t respond for anything smaller than a major remodel. This leaves you wondering how you can get your project started, let alone finished.

At southwest Handyman, we offer small to medium remodels on basements, kitchens, and bathrooms.

• We will review your inquiry, and if the job fits within what we do, we will schedule a walkthrough

• Walkthroughs are $125 and go towards your final invoice when you hire us.

• Upon acceptance of our estimate, you’ll pay a 20% retainer, and you will be added to our schedule.

• Our techs will transform your room into the space you’re excited to be in

• Due to the volatility of the market, we are not currently estimating material costs. Costs will be shared on the final bill. We charge cost plus 25% markup.

• You can purchase your own materials and provide them for us to install, please communicate with Tony about your plan.

• We request payment via ACH transfer. If you’d like to pay via credit card, we can arrange that with a 3% service fee added to the invoice.
